The key to receiving your best massage session is to communicate with your therapist. Good communication between therapist and client allows you both to work together to find what works best for you!
Please let us know if you have any special needs so we can plan ahead to make your time with us enjoyable. Our spa facility has stairs, however if we know in advance we can make the proper accomodations.

Rock Haven Signature Massage - Spa Artisans use Swedish techniques during this popular full body massage, intended to relax your entire body and improve circulation. Our Signature Massage Lotion benefits not only your muscles, but leaves skin soft, moisturized and rejuvenated.

Deep Tissue Massage - Slow, deliberate massage techniques using elbows, forearms and knuckles relieve tightness from the overuse and tension of muscles. This treatment is corrective and therapeutic by releasing toxins from muscles and improving blood circulation. Deep tissue is popular among athletes and frequent massage goers, who prefer a firm touch to a gentle one.

Blue Stone Massage - Our popular stone massage incorporates the use of basalt volcanic rocks hand selected for their ability to transfer heat. Our spa artisans use a combination of warm stone massage and traditionally used massage techniques. The stones are not meant to replace the hands of our therapists, but to complement your experience by increasing heat in the tissues. This results in deep relaxation of the muscles, increased blood circulation, and relief of stress.

Lavender Massage - Pure French Lavender is used to calm the spirit and mental stress. Lavender is analgesic to the muscles and nerves. Romans added lavender to their bath water, hence the name derived from the word 'to wash'--lavare. Safe for all skin types.

Lemongrass Massage - Lemongrass has a fresh, earthy, citrusy scent. Lemongrass tones and fortifies the nervous system, and is soothing to muscular nerves and pain. Refreshing and uplifting, this oil can bring a little sunshine to your massage!

Eucalyptus Massage - Eucalyptus has an herbaceous scent with soft wood undertones. It is an analgesic, and is warming and very relaxing to stressed muscles. Eucalyptus also deeply cleansing to the skin.

Cooling Chamomile Massage - This blend of oils includes chamomile, a powerful anti-inflammatory. Our spa artisans will use this unique blend of oils to relieve inflamed skin, PMS, headaches, nausea, and sore stressed out muscles. To the Egyptians, chamomile was an herb dedicated to the sun to cure fevers and to the moon for its cooling ability.

Energy Massage- This vitamin enriched blend of oils will rejuvenate and hydrate your skin with the refreshing essences of lavender, citronella, and ylang ylang. With a jojoba oil base, this blend rich in Vitamin E will leave the skin with a satiny finish.

Fusion Massage - This custom blend of oils will help to relieve minor aches and pains of muscles and joints. Rosemary balances intense emotions and controls mood swings, while peppermint has a cooling effect, constricting capillaries and helps with bruises and sore joints. Cancellation Policy - All appointments will be reserved with a credit card number. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We request that you notify us of cancellation 48 hours prior to your spa appointment. Failure of 48 hour notification will result in $25 per person fee billed to your credit card. Sometimes, due to weather and road conditions, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Fees will not apply to weather cancellations.
